I guess I'm not ready to do a big challenge right now but I am losing weight! I had to wait for the motivation to make progress. I don't know where motivation comes from.

I'll soon be 48 y/o. I'm a long-time single mom and I'm a nurse at a hospital. I've just recently come out of a long-term depression and I hope my life is not so chaotic that I will be able to actually start exercising, eating right, and taking care of business. I love the Fat Flush Plan -- it's healthy eating. Anne Louise Gittleman is my hero and Joanie Greggains has been my hero since the 80s. <sigh> I was in such great shape back then.
