Another awesome workout accomplished this morning! Lifted weights and then ran 2.6 miles! Was trying for a 5k and had to potty! haha Thanks to my weak bladder after 2 kids! :) I am setting a new goal for myself... I want to run a 5k everyday! I love to run... Just wish I had someone to run outdoors with! The treadmill is great for bad weather but it gets boring and lonely at times. But I guess it will be worth it in the end, right? So keep on keeping on and do your best! I know if I can do this anyone can! :) Best wishes!

Well I started hard core today.... Total body workout and running on the treadmill! I am going to try to run at least twice a day to equal 5 miles instead of all at once! Also started a low card diet! I like to mix things up to keep the body confused to where it has to burn tons of calories! ;) I have a big event in 4 days so I would like to be as thin as possible... Not bloated! Hopefully this will work. It's nice having to be accountable for what you are doing throughout the day and knowing you record and weigh in!

Hello All,
My name is Lisa! I have always struggled with my weight... especially after having children! I have lost some weight but I am at the point where I need some motivation! :) I would like to lose around 15 more lbs! I am not doing this to be super model thin and have everyone look at me! I am doing this for ME! I want to feel healthy again and show my kids that they can do anything they set their minds too! Thanks in advance for all of you who will be helping me on this journey! I hope I can return the favor to each and everyone of you!
