Hi
I am at week 3 and 3 days on Atkins. Started at 183 and am currently at 170. Yah!!!!
Am staying on induction as my second week went badly as I was sick for three days and barely ate. I have a running problem with reaching 20 net carbs daily. Just feel full all the time and hate to eat when I am not hungry. Any suggestions?
I am doing my best to eat more veggies although I get 12 net carbs from my salad. But having a salad every day is getting boring.
Just joined Curves yesterday so that will help with weight loss and toning up.
any suggestions or recipes will be thankfully received.
