I'VE BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR EVER AND ALWAYS. OVER THE LAST YEAR I'VE GAINED OVER 15LBS, DESPITE MY ACTIVE LIFE STYLE. I JOG/WALK 2 MILES 3-4 DAYS A WEEK AND I ATTEND A HIGH IMPACT LINE DANCE CLASS 2-3 TIMES WEEKLY. I THINK I NEED TO DECREASE MY CALORIES AND INCREASE MY EXERCISE. I AM GOING TO A LINE DANCE CONVENTION ON 6/2/11 AND I WANT TO BE AT 165 BY THAT DATE. I JUST DON'T BELIEVE I CAN DO THAT ON YOUR RECOMMENDED 2000 CALORIES CUZ I DON'T THINK I CONSUME THAT MUCH NOW. WE WILL SEE.
