Starting over, less traveling now, will be able to keep a better record is my goal. Been eating pretty healthy the last couple of days that I have missed. Continued to work out at least 5 out of 7 days of the week. I worked out a little Sunday, and Monday. I got a new ipod on Thursday so I had a decent Thursday workout. Lame on Friday and Saturday. Going to just try to improve myself. Aiming for 10-15 minutes on the tredmill per Wellness Center visit.

Had to catch up, need to be more strict about recording entries as they happen. Tend to forget things or get confused when not constantly recording. Off to do a workout class, body sculpt!

Long weekend in Minnesota for the Gopher Jacks game. Got in a good circuit workout that I found on Fat Secret on Friday, and ran all around downtown trying to make it to the stadium on time on Saturday! Going to the gym today, haven't left yet but leaving soon. Food wise the having to truthfully enter in what I've been eating has made me really think twice before shoving junk in my mouth. I could of gone to Champs late Friday night after my mom's game but decided not too because who knows what I would of eaten there and had to enter in. I think I need to stay away and avoid situations where I don't have portion control or need to specifically measure out portions before starting to eat. I'm going to nap for twenty minutes then off to the gym!

So I failed miserably with sweets today. It was just one of those days. I was in the union and had a tiny bit of cake for our schools birthday (literally two bites) and gave the rest to the boyfriend. Then I had a chocolate chip cookie I made the other day when I got home, which I should just not make them and then I wouldn't be tempted to eat them. And then ice cream just sounded way to good. At least I only ate half of the blizzard. I think this website will really help me because all though I was a sweets junkie today I thought about them before I ate them and really didn't eat as many as I could have and limited myself. Dinner was pretty healthy with the salsa chicken from the crock pot. Shouldn't of eaten so many chips but I'll watch that better next time. Now going to chew my ice and soda all night while I work! Better luck tomorrow :)

I did an actual weigh in at the Wellness center on one of those medical manual scales and it was 141, but I'm going to round up to 142 just to be safe, I guess 145 earlier.
