Not so good yesterday. Went over my RDI (1600), but only by a little bit - a few small treats! Most days, around 1450 is enough so it's good to have some calories in reserve in case of unexpected lapses in willpower or just simply going out with friends...

Walking home yesterday evening I suddenly got a craving for crisps and beer, which was surprising since I rarely drink beer! I was only a few metres away from some shops so, avoiding temptation, I quickly crossed the road, headed down another street and started walking by the river. The path by the river was full of joggers, cyclists and dogwalkers. There was a beautiful sunset which turned everything and everyone rose-coloured. By the time I got home my cravings had disappeared. Keep strong everyone!

I'm really chuffed at this result - must be the exercise classes I went to last week!
Good luck everyone!

I have a few little twinges from yesterday's class but it's not so bad because I've been building up my exercise over the last 2 months. My shoulder was uncomfortable this morning, but after massaging it I felt much better. Anyway, the class was fun and I can see it being a regular thing. I'm going back to the club on Saturday morning for a different class.
