Well first day !! I am studying and I feel like eating when I am studying , so I ate one smoothie home made, a small piece of bread, a large cofee, baby carrots, argula and cherry tomatoes, and somme fries which I am not to proud of, but well. I will keep a track of what I will eat the rest of the day!!
