So sore from cardiox yesterday, its hard to squat on the toilet! Lastnight for dinner i made a coconut thai soup, with shrimp, lemongrass, tomatoes, snap peas, coconut milk, green chilis, and low sodium chicken broth. it was really really tasty i was pretty proud of myself, and reasonably healthy. Next time i will put fish or chicken in it to give it a protien kick.

Today is my the beginning of my second week on P90X, my weight has not changed yet. maybe by next week, im hoping to see at least a small change for encouragement :)

Today is day, feeling ucky, think ive been in the house too long though. Today is Yogax..i find the Yoga with p90x very discouraging, im so not flexible and the moves seem very advanced, lets hope i get better at it! no weight change yet. plus i feel like im eating so much food..all according to the meal plan, but still!
