Im hoping my 2 yr old's stomach bug is better in the morning so I can start working out at the gym......its been 5months since Ive worked out....anxious & excited to start back!

Well, after being away for while, Im back and have decided to follow WW. The WW plan I used to follow was the pts plan.....can anyone explain the difference in pts plan vs the new momentum plan?

Well...I'm back again! I've done really well since Monday-started @ 250lbs...today I was down to 247! I am definitely feeling the SUGAR CRAVINGS!!! I want to cook some chocolate chip cookies so bad that it's not funny! LOL I would probably eat all 24 if I cooked them!LOL I can't really exercise this week because my 21mo old son is really sick with the viral croup!YUK!
