It has been my struggle to lose weight ever since I was in High School. I was never thin or skinny nor did I experienced my body on it's perfect form. I'm overweight nearing obese and that is something I really am scared of because one, I'm a young woman in her early 20's who should be enjoying those bikinis on the beach, wearing clothes that make you look good and just having fun. Two, I'm losing self-confidence and I don't like how I look anymore. I feel ashamed of what I see in front of the mirror and I feel bad because I am the one to blame. Three, I feel tired and heavy already. I hope through this I can reach my goal because it's true; no man is an island. I've started to do workouts not on my own but with the help of a Youtube pilates instructor and now this, Calorie counter. With my determination and full will, I hope to see the results.
