Ugh, I have to stop weighing myself every day. I've becomre very nit-picky at myself and dissappointed that I haven't lost any more weight, in fact I've gained 1.5 pounds! I'm sincerely hoping that it's a combination of having been doing more and more pushups and so I've got more muscle and well, the monthly bill coming up soon.
I know I shouldn't be too hard on myself. We all have our slip-ups but I just want to lose weight and be healthy.
