Sepanjang minggu kemarin ada reunian, ikut acara bridal shower, kondangan merit, antara sungkan ga ikut makan sama makanannya memang serba menggoda banget... so this is it, gaining weight 😅

Lagi fitting old dress, eh ternyata agak kegedean hahaha.. kurus tapi berlemak... bersyukur aja deh atas lemak ataupun otot. Strong and beautiful women tdk diukur hanya dari body, tapi dari hati dan pikiran... TGIF

Rich antionxidant fruits ~ berries ~ it have so many benefits for health. Blend with no sugar at all. Rasanya asam segar. Jangan takut sakit maag di pagi hari krn rasa asam dari buah tidak akan memicu asam lambung. Buah2an bersifat basa ketika di lambung.
