I had a really bad weekend of constant grazing. I've had these before I started watching my food habits and I know for a fact I ate way worse foods in greater amounts before, but still, I'm a little upset with myself. I ran 5 miles on Friday and then ate 5 slices of pizza. Way to undo everything, right? And then I kept eating bowls after bowls of soup, devoured Special K cereal, ate more than enough 100 calorie packs... I mean, like I said, choices were fine -- portion sizes were a JOKE.

I try to plan out what I eat all the time now at school, but I'm scared that Campus Dish isn't exactly truthful with its calorie amounts.

Anyway, I'm really trying to have a good week. If I can get back to the weight of my last weigh-in, I'll be happy with myself. Also, if the fam gets pizza on Friday, I'm limiting myself to two slices. One, if I have the willpower, but who knows.
