I have always been weighing between 75 and 80 kg, but in recent years it has jumped up to the upper eighties. I live independently, do my own housework and gardening and go to the local pool where I swim 250 m. walk in the whirlpool against the current and go into the spa for massage and more exercise. I do this 5to 6 times a week. I had several joint replacements, one knee still to come.I can't go to the gym for this reason
