How Much Can I Eat???
Hi,

I am just VERY confused about the South Beach Diet. I have been reading the book itself and I am TRULY liking what I am reading so far. My only concern is that it doesn't have guide lines of how much I can eat with each "good carbs" I know I am supposed to pick normal portions but I am not sure what "normal" means in the South Beach diet. I hope someone can give me some kind of guide line or some website for me to look at to help me get an idea of how much I can eat. I went to the store today, studying the Whole Grain foods but I am just unsure of how much of it I can eat. I'm just new to this whole thing.
