It's coming down slowly but steadily. I am never hungry and feel happy. Thanks so much to the people that have given me encouraging comments!!
I have found those comments, even just the thumbs up, are so great, Just to know I am not struggling on my own helps enormously! So thanks again,

I have tried changing my eating habits this time because I don't want to gain any weight ever again. Porridge in the morning. Fish and vegetables at night(5pm. Sometimes 2 squares dark chocolate and every day a glass of rum and coke zero. No sugar only Stevia in my coffee and cream. Working so far ....
