Where does the time go? I can't believe it has been a month since I logged in here! Still trying to lo-carb but adding back a few for no really good reason. At least I am maintaining and I know what it takes to get me back into the losing mode again! Don't they say knowledge is power? Well then, I have the power to get my butt shrinking again!! It's going to be a great weekend and next Friday I WILL report a 2 lb. loss - mark my words....

Well, so far the vacation carbs haven't caught up with me yet! I have noticed that the cravings return as soon as carb eating resumes - SO, here I go, back on track and still shedding pounds. Ahem....Pardon me while I pat myself on the back!!

Been on vacation so out of touch with FS for two weeks. Ice cream got the best of me - TWICE - Grrrrr!!! Well, I'm back now and ready to resume Lo-carbs. Have to say it makes a BIG difference in how I feel when not loading up on carbs - carbs make me sluggish and puffy so I'm looking forward to giving them the thumbs down again now that we're home and not eating on the run!! We'll see what Friday (weigh-in day) brings.....
