Today, I'm tired, but know that becoming more active and eating the right foods will help me lose the weight I want. Hoping that this program will help motivate me. Need the family to realize this too. I'm hoping that they will be my support in the long run. Kids don't realize how much sugar are in the fruit drinks even juice. I'm choosing to slowly moderate my diet by intaking more water and less food. Putting healthier choices on my table without the family feeling hungry when they leave. Ready, set, go!
