I have a new favorite breakfast and it is completely legal lol.
I pour 1/2 cup eggbeaters into my small skillet then thaw 1 Morningstar Farms Hot & Spicy Sausage patty - cut up the patty and add to the eggbeaters. Season thoroughly with Mrs. Dash Table Blend and a little ground cayenne. When it is almost done I fold into an omelet and sprinkle 1/8 cup shredded cheese on top. Then I flip it, turn down the heat, and cook until the cheese is crisp. This is the most yummy and VERY filling breakfast I have tried.
180 calories
21g of protein
7g of fat (4 is from the cheese but that is my splurge)
5.5 carbs
The only downside is it only has 1g fiber but I will eat a lot of broccoli and carrots later to make up for that.
