I just ate a good size lunch and I am still hungry! There's a rumbly in my tumbly as Winnie the Pooh would say! I'll try to avoid something sweet though...but sweet is my weakness!

I tried a new walking dvd today by Denise Austin. It's called Blast Away the Pounds Indoor Walk. The dvd had 3 - 1 mile workouts. It also has a stretch program you can choose if you want. Well, I did the Easy Walk and the Fat Blasting Interval walk for a total of 30 minutes and I am very heated up! She doesn't say, though, what speed we were walking so I judged it by the speed I walk when I do the Leslie Sansone tape. I feel like I burned off a lot more calories then this program says because there is alot of aerobic stuff too - kicking, stretching, twisting....I liked it alot, but I think I actually like Leslie better!

Hmm. To be completely honest my weigh in result this morning was a surprise! I've been away for the past 5 days, relying on restaurant fare. I did try to keep breakfast and lunch light meals because I knew there would be a lot of calories/points spent on dinner, so maybe that helped. And tramping around malls and shops for hours on end shopping for school clothing for my daughter (who left for college yesterday - half way across the country :( probabaly burned some calories. I really thought, though that I would have gained a pound or 2 - not lost! So...yay! I'm happy - 1 more pound closer to goal!

Hi! I am at a hotel in Wpg and tghere is internet hookup. What a long day - it took almost 10 hours to get here and I am pooped - and I didn't even do any of the driving!
Breakfast - a blueberry bran muffin and a banana. Coffee.
Lunch - half single serving size bag Doritos. Diet pepsi. (on the road)
Snack - cookie
Supper...ugh...almost a whole reuban sandwich. A few fries and nachos.
My supper calories/points were probably enough for a whole day and then some!

Boy it was a busy day - I had to do lots of cleaning, packing and errands today. We are leaving for the city tomorrow (8 hour drive)and will be gone until Wednesday - so a bit worried about keeping with my points. All meals will be at resaurants so could be a challenge. DH has meetings on Mon and Tue and on Wed we are sending DD off to college. SO, 3 of us are going out but only 2 of us are coming back. "sniff". So...unless I can get access to internet, then I may not be able to come here for my daily fix! If not...then I'll see ya Thursday!
