I had a .2 gain. Could be sodium, carbs or PMS.....

Up (.4). Not sure what I did differently except for drinking Diet Pepsi and taking motrin. Hmmm, oh well.
I measured this morning to try and track this.
36" bust
31" waist
43.5 hips
26.75 thighs

I have a scale that keeps history, so I looked at mine and around 28 April I weighed 167 pounds! So, I am feeling a lot better now since I weigh 162lbs now. I weigh almost everyday and I think that is discouraging for me. I really want to look better before my husband gets home on the first of June.

So, in 7 days I have lost 2.1 pounds. Hmmm, I was really hoping for much more, bu this is healthy they say.
This week I started taking vitamins and doing Zumba. I drink much more water and a lot less soda and I feel MUCH better! I am just hoping that the weight keeps dropping.
