Today, I'm eating brown rice, pork tocino, peanut, shrimp and cranberry juice. No exercise for today.

A nice day to see my weight down a little bit. :)
Brunch: 1 cup of brown rice and Pork Menudo.
Snack afternoon: Hand of Pringles & 1 fiber one chocolate bar (140 calories).
