New day a new Journey. Trying to come back to finding myself buried under all of this excess weight that is strangling my soul. Recovering slowly from a very crappy year. I nearly died from Covid 19, was hospitalized several times and diagnosed with a very large Pulmonary embolism that literally took up my entire right lower lobe of my lung, into my pulmonary arteries and branches and partially into the Right Middle lobe. With it being so large it cut off blood supply to a portion of my right lower lung and it became necrotic and died. It's been an uphill battle that I am still climbing everyday, but blessed that I am being give this chance to live. I see the lung doctor tomorrow and hopeful that he will tell me my unwanted friend is officially all gone and I can go back to starting over with life.
I gained everything i lost over that year since I couldn't do anything without feeling like I was dying from lack of oxygen, oh and let's not forget my depression from losing my best friend, my Mom so unexpectedly. Last year sucked.
I am starting over. I'm done with sitting. I'm done with feeling sorry for myself. I choose to live and it starts right now. I have much to be thankful for, so it's time to start living and losing and finding me again.
