Since Sept of last year was on a downhill spiral since Andre killed himself. Didn't know it would effect me that badly. I started the tea diet again 10/05/2018 (176lbs)for three weeks then went to Oktoberfest 10/20/2018 and started drinking again 10/19/2018 (164lbs) and it was all bad. Stayed off the tea and weight went up and down. Jan2 stopped drinking got back in the gym working out daily. Got off my program 2/28 til 3/17 when I was in Michigan. Was drinking and not eating much but gained weight. Continued the month of March drinking and stopped Apri2 and started tea diet again which I weight 186lbs and today a week later 4/9/19 175lbs so I am on my way back to a good weight if I stick to the program. Seen the Korean doctor 4/8/19. Plan to stick to it for at least 2 months and maintain it like I did b4. My marriage me be on the mend but we will see, going to Michigan staying so long puts a strain on things. Keith told me that I broke his heart over a week ago and I sincerely apologized to him and he accepted it. We talk more now.
