Sooo.. I havent been here in a while. Ive been exercising like a crazy person and I see nothing. I HATE THIS! I am switching everything up, I don't get used to one motion because I dont want to reach that plateu but either way nothing seems to be working. I see something but no weight change, clothes fit a lil better... but still... its discouraging when you're doing everything right and following the rules and yet to see no sign of progess. Anyone got any lifitng words?!?

I went to a friends last night to work out together. We did boxing. I never really "boxed" before, as in a workout boxing, maybe just like pumnching the bag fooling around kind of stuff. But we went all out for 45 mins last night on the bag and it was AWESOME!!! It was a great cardio and great for my arms. I am definetly feeling it today and most likely, worse tomorrow (no pain, no gain) The only downer about boxing is.. I am a girl and I like to have girlie hands but boxing really tore them up last night. I have bruses in between my pinky fingers and my knuckles are red and rubbed raw. I even wore gloves. It doesn't matter, i really dont intend on stopping; this was the best workout I ever had. And since I don't like to lift weights (I feel I gain more muscle the lose anything and I never see the scale drop) boxing will get my arms in shape in no time. Also, my friend kinda taught me how to play hacky sack. I never really got into that either, but the 30 mins we did last night, I was working up a sweat with that as well! All these new workout ideas are fantastic. I am becoming addicted to working out and its for all the right reasons. It's awesome.
