I'm not exactly new to Fat Secret - I have had the app on my iPad since July 14. When I first set the program up in July, I weighed 162 (that was down from a starting weight of 208 in January). I have been doing my own diet (under 1800 cal per day), and exercising daily. I've been logging all of my exercise and everything I eat since putting this on my iPad, and I now weigh 146. The program is terrific. It has just about every kind of food listed, so you don't have to guess how many calories you're consuming and how many you're burning. If anyone has just started, let me encourage you. This works better than any program you can pay for.
