help drive currier business several days a week, which i never thought to put it as an exercise until this ap. It does use feet and body movement to drive :) I just finished sweeping and mopping most of home, all in linoleum or wood finish. I'm so tired i put off rest until i rest for a bit (pacing myself ;) )

Did so well over weekend visiting my sister, the blew it today; but who could say no to the pizza and ice cream in the fridge when i got back ;) besides taste testing the chocolate covered macadamia nuts that i brought home

visiting my sister since yesterday; deciding I would not "keep track" while here but actually eating quite healthy and not a lot of calories. I guess I've got this diet under my skin :) and don't have to think too hard about it

I started out good but yesterday I couldn't go to sleep because my stomach was growling, so instead of ignoring it I got up to eat. I still didn't go over my calories but I know sleeping with a full belly isn't good either.

I've found I really don't pay enough attention to just how much I'm eating (didn't realize it was that much until I started counting). I'm hypoglycemic and it helps me to spread out my caloric intake throughout the day so my blood-sugar doesn't drop too low.
