I have been gone for awhile so I thought I would catch up. The rib that I popped has been staying in place thanks to continued Chiropractic therapy. They also straightened out my body so my legs are equal now and I don't walk crooked and my hips are level. Apparently, they have been out of wacky for years and now I feel the difference and my back is happier too! :-) Now I'm back in the saddle and ready to lose some more weight. Thanks for all your previous support and it's good to see you all out here working toward your goals. :-) I have 50-60lbs to go and will decide how far to go by how I feel as I lose. :-)
