A bit high on the food today working to night so that does not help - still on track that's the main thing

Went off the rails a bit yesterday as we were out looking a a car so ended up having fish and chips in a pub - sill came within my set limits so quite pleased really :-)

seem to have worked out what will work for my brain - tell it not to eat and I cannot stop - so - I have worked out the cals I need to eat to stay the same as I am now and also what I need to be the weight I want - and - I stay between the two, the idea being as I loose wight and the higher cal number falls I will get used to eating less and better food with out my brain going ape and constantly thinking diet and boring the hell out of everyone - it may not be the fastest way to loose but it's taken 8yrs to put it on so a couple to get it off don't seem bad!
2lb this week so well done ME!!! BMI 38.6 going down

I am not sure if it is just because I am in the UK but it feels like I'm on the Marie Celeste - Never mind I am determined to do this and if I have to talk to myself that's OK - I had been doing OK until last night when I succumbed to 2 Damson jam sandwiches, regretable but Oh they tasted sooooo nice - working tonight 12hrs on my own trying to deal with the problems of the public - I have worked out a strategy take food with me and leave the small change at home so I cannot succumb to the snack machine - if anyone does read this and feel sorry for a stricken in years UK resident feel free to contact me :-)

They should have a royal wedding every day as I have been up and about more instead of watching 'Animal Rescue' and documentaries this morning.
Keep forgetting to add walking my dogs as well most of the time I just go out in the fields and they do all the running I only throw balls or rope toys, oh well theres always the dreaded Wii, Birthday soon so perhaps I will make it a Birthday resolution to try and do more exercise even use the Wii and that does not mean just for 'Super Mario'.
If anyone reads this ramble and wonders why I make Birthday resolutions, as most people make them at New Year, well New Year I always let my hair down and I doubt I would remember making them! (why ar'nt there any smilies on the Journal entry page?)
Perhaps I should be more serious I mean a BMI of 39.0 is no laughting matter but it was 46.2 so I think I will just carry on.
Hopefully with the help of this site with it's food diary and the rest I should keep on track, mostly it's readin others comments on how they are doing makes me realise I aint the only one
Heavens I am rambling today - Hey does that use calories??? :-)
