So I did good at the fair. I did have a gyro and then shared a lemonade. We walked for a while I felt good. We ended up going out with hi family to the bar afterwards and I just had water and diet coke. Really proud of myself. Now today we went for pizza with his family and I did have a lot but I am definitely keeping it light tonight. I feel pretty good and really in control.

My boyfriend's family is taking me to a fair tonight plus before I am meeting a friend at Starbucks. I hope I can use myself control today. I did a no-ankle impact workout and will be walking a ton in my boot (Which I think burns more calories then regular) around tonight so I am hoping that helps as well. I am also only taking $30, so after admission that leaves a little over $20, still that can do a lot of damage.

I always go for the highest calorie amount when I am unsure of the calorie content is i.e. local restaurants. I also sometimes forget to look at how much I eat sometimes when I do not eat a whole serving. Live and Learn I guess!

I really need to watch the sodium. I ate sushi and made tacos last night, the soy sauce and the seasonings are just pure sodium bombs. I tried to drink a lot of water and the scale shows a little more then a pound gain but I think if I eat right and drink enough today that will be gone and then some tomorrow.
