Yahoo, yesterday I burned the most calories I have since I've been wearig my Smart Health watch. If I don't go to the gym, I usually hange around 3,300 calories burned a day. When I go to the gym, I get the burned calories up to 3,900 to 4,200 (got to love the aferburn!) Anyhow, yesterday I burned over 4,535 calories when I went to bed. The only difference between yesterday and my nomral workout days is that I spent a full half-hour doing strength training. Now that I see the after affect of doing that I will certainly try to get a full hour workout at the gym.
I hope everyone is acheiving their goals for the week!
