Hi!
I just started today!!!! My nutritionist looked at my protein powder (soy and whey and gluten and sugar free) and said it was fine to use that... try some shakes, see if they agree with me and go from there...she said it is the protocol and being strict.
So strange, but half way into my FIRST day I was super nauseated and so I had my bar snack (A sample she gave me super yummy)... and water and now I feel a bit better...
Is this normal, on the first day to have a headache and feel Nauseated?
Also, who works out and what do you do. I normally spin for 30-80 minutes and do 30 minute sculpt classes after...Should I wait to get back into that until I"m on day 4? Thanks.
any other advice...LMK! THANKS>>>>

I'm 49 and wouldn't let her tell me how much I weigh LOL, but I'll see her each week for progress!
