So, 68 kilos. That's 1.5 kilos, or 3 lbs, less than this time last week. I think I can be happy with that! I've worked for it after all, and it's a better results than some of the contestants on the Biggest Looser UK this week, which I love watching.
What I have done is about the same as last week - follow my healthy GI-diet, eat smaller portions, drink lots of water - and this week I've also been out for walks almost every day, with the exception of a couple of days when I wasn't feeling well.
I will continue the same way next week, and hopefully my results will be the same.

Feel like all I've done today is eating, but I've not had anything unhealthy or anything that my diet doesn't allow. It still feels a bit rubbish though, all this snacking. But then again, it's been mostly fruit and nuts - no sweeties, and I did go for a long walk.
I'm weighing in on again on Monday, so I really hope I see a result. I've been really good all week. I'm gonna continue my walks, and I'm gonna start running once I feel up to it. Power-walking is enough for now though, I enjoy it. It gives me time to think, and to listen to music, and the RunKeeper app that I have on my phone makes it really easy to stay motivated and keep track of how I'm doing.
It's actually really neat. It will track the distance you've gone via GPS, and then it announces to you every 5 minutes (or whatever you set it to) how far you've gone, how long you've been going for, and how fast you're going. That way you can set a target speed for yourself, and the app will help you keep it. Afterwards you can also see how many calories you've burned - based on your weight, height and the workout you just did. It's not an exact measure, but it's fairly close.
It can also post all your results to Facebook or Twitter, and it will keep a record of your fitness level on the RunKeeper website. Love it!
