Good evening, I had a very good weekend but ate far to much on Sat. yesterday was better. I am under for today but it may ballance the high calories I have been eating. I need more excersize. I have to build up My muscle mass. I need to rejoin the gym !

Hello, I am doing well today, My eating is getting better, and I walked for between forty five and fifty min this evening, it was such a beautiful evening to be out. I hope you are all achieving your goals, don't give up it's worth it. I was Sixty pounds heavier two years ago.

Hello All, I have had sucsess with this before, So I am starting again. I am at 207 lbs now I was at 200 lbs but need to get regimented and stay on track. I will keep you updated on how long this takes, I am adding in excersise so I belive the goal should be reached in a month or five weeks. I will not fail. I wish everyone luck, remember if you are unable to love yourself who else will ? Thanks and Have a great weekend Karl P.S. I am having an issue entering My food could anyone explain what I am doing wrong please ? My beakfast was one egg with melted American cheese and a cup of black tea with two sugars. Thank you Karl
