How many calories should I be eating daily?
Snailpace, thank you for your post! That really helps a lot and I was thinking the same thing since I've been having so much trouble lately. I think I was being TOO strict & it has been stunting my efforts. I love peanut butter, but everything is good in moderation so I will have to be careful not to eat more than a serving haha. Thanks again!

How many calories should I be eating daily?
Two years ago I lost my last 20 pounds and made it to 140 lbs from 211 lbs, what I weighed when I left for college. I'm 5' 10" & now 23 years old & want to get down to about 138 but I seem to be stuck at 143-142 lbs.

I haven't been dedicated to working out like I used to so I think that will help a lot & I have been doing cardio or strength training 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.

But, my BIG question is if I am eating 3 meals a day with 2 snacks in between & am only reaching 800-950 calories per day is this actually hurting my weight loss? I've been using online calculators to help me figure it out & then advise 1170-2300 calories/day. I would love some advice! Smile

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every morning Sunday-Friday at 5.30am after I use the restroom before I eat or drink anything without ANY clothing on. It's probably too often but I use it as a motivational method to work hard each day depending on if I am doing alright or really good on my eating/exercise.
