I actually started over a year ago and have gone from 350 to 274. It's definitely no been a straight downward path, but a very jagged one. Down some, then up a few, then down more, and so on. But I am determined, and have found that food journaling (with no lies) keeps me on the straight and narrow for the most part. When I slip, I have trained myself to et up, let it go, and just keep plugging. Slow and steady wins the race. Consistency is more important than perfection. working out is tough at this weight, but I walk, swim, and do some yoga as best i can. I don''t go crazy. Tried to push it on several occasions, but just injured myself, so no more. I try to mix up the routines so my body doesn't get used to anything. Seems to work pretty well.
