Still having a hard time keeping calories under control. I can't won't don't wanna eat all and only veggies - I HATE veggies! So I'm filling up on sausages and frankfurters and hamburgers and fish and pork chops and chicken, and cheese and eggs and jello and whipped cream. Then I have my daily punishment: a salad. 2 cups of iceberg lettuce 1/2 a good sized tomato, 1/4 cucumber, 1/2 onion slice, 3 button mushrooms, 1 Tbsp Hormel Real Bacon Bits, 2 ounces shredded cheddar, and 3 tablespoons of buttermilk dressing. With all that, I have a porkchop and a cup of steamed broccoli - and when it's all gone and the dishes are washed, I'm still hungry!

We were just 'practicing' Atkins since 5/29 when Rick got home from Cancun - and I'm seeing a 6 pound loss? I think either my scale is inaccurate or one of my weigh-ins was inaccurate!
