First time recording and stating a journal. Really hoping that this helps me to lose weight and watch my sodium intake. I was doing really well and the only thing I was not able to record was the potatoe soup that I had for supper but I believe it to only be a few hundred calories. I was doing really well as far as watching my weight goes, up until I had a milkshake as a snack for tonight. But I did workout on the eliptical for a half hour.
