Although not a struggle, it IS a challenge maintaining weight.
I started at 190+ lbs. Highest I've ever been. I did a 5 day reboot Juicing and dropped 30 lbs PDQ!(not all within the 5 days).
Along with continued exercising and using a calorie counter app I reached my 170 lb goal.
So, that's where I am today. Last weight 173 lbs, that is due to my changing target weight to 175 lbs. My wife feels 170lb is to skinny.
I feel more comfortable at 170lbs so returned to maintaining a 170lb target.
