Will resume walking regimen today, barring the weather cooperates. Right now it is stormy, so may have to do some light cardio and calisthenics in the apartment. Goal is a 1 hour workout either way.

Pulled hamstring playing softball which hopefully won't set me back too far on my goals. Have been doing much better regularly working out, as I walk a minimum 4 times per week (45 min, approx 2 miles).
