Hello
Sorry I am still trying to figure out how the forom works. It has taken me 10 min to find you reply. Thank you for the comment and I hope that you are doing well also. I have lost a total of 20 pounds now. I can't seem to see it, but my friends and family have noticed. I have started phase 2 now and it seem to be proving just a bit more difficult for me. I spend a lot of days more one phase 1 because there are less temptations. I have here and there had a little meat and I am glad to have my pop (sorry coke, my dad is a yankee) back. I just seem to have more of a craving for the things on phase 2 and that leads to, if I can have this then I can have this too.
Anyway, will keep working on it. Good luck to you too. J

Hello
Hello Everyone,
My name is Jennifer and I started the Fat Smash Diet 7-18-08. I will be starting phase 2 on Sunday this coming weekend. At this point I have lost 9 lbs. I have not yet stareted to exercise, but I have plans to do so after my knee is feeling a little better.
Because I do not know anyone yet I will leave out the reason for the weight gain in the last year, but I will say that in '03 and '04 i had two children. Just when I started to lose weight from the first I was expecting another. Needless to say that added up quickly. Now because of an injury at work I have put on yet more weight and now weigh 230 lbs. That is counting the 9 lbs I have lost this past week.
I am a 34 year old mother of 3, one girl 8yrs, one boy 4yrs, and one girls 3yrs. I am married to my second husband for 5yrs now and I believe that I have been blessed to have him. We live in Texas in a town that seems to be growing somewhat fast. We are what I would call a happy family.
I guess that is it for now. if you want to know more just ask. Good luck to all and if you have any good recipes let me know.
Jennifer
