I am so excited!! I dropped a pound in a day I don't know if it was the clothes I had on yesterday or just water weight either way I'm happy about it and will continue to keep up the good work until I reach my goal :)

Yesterday I entered my journal entry without knowing that you can enter in your food and exercise and the site will calculate your calories for you. That's awesome! So today I'm trying more protein ad water! Trying for one cup every meal and one in between meals. I have 3 children so I estimated that that equals at least 2 hours of walking a day in itself. About to weigh myself. I last weighed myself about 4 days before I started using this site, when I started counting my calories. So I'm hoping my weight has dropped since then, but I won't know until I weigh in. Wish me luck!

I just weighed myself and I've lost half a pound so far :)

So I'm doing a 30 day challenge with other mothers trying to lose weight and tone up. I started about 4 days ago and have been very active with the kids and counting my calories per day, never going over 2000.
Today I had:
One iced coffee at Burger king 160 calories
bacon sausage egg and cheese croissan'wich from BK 460 calories
(not good)
But then I spent a lot of time with the kids outside and mopped the whole floor which was quite a workout.
I ended up skipping lunch (I know, not good)
For dinner I had a little chef Boyardee (200) and 12 doritos (120) and one coke (140) and for dessert a cinnamon crumb cake muffin (220).
Not a great day for nutrition. I need to go grocery shopping and get some more tasty healthy foods like salad.
My total calories for the day, though, are 1300. Not too bad. I feel good and not hungry so I like it. I suppose I can eat one more muffin if I need a snack but I'd like to keep the calories low.
