I accomplished my goal of tracking my food intake the past week, and even though the weekend brings wine and margaritas, I'm down almost 5 lbs!! If I stayed focused and continue eating better, I may just be down 10 lbs just in time for Florida in March!

Enough is enough!
I'm at an all time weight gain. I saw this coming over the past year, but didn't think I would continue to get bigger. My friends and partner say I still look great, but I feel anything but great.
Clothes no longer fit me; I've always prided myself on my style and fashion and now I'm wearing leggings all the time since jeans are out of the question. I keep thinking back to 2 years ago when I was 35 pounds lighter and how awesome I looked and felt. Getting back to that point seems near impossible.
I know it's going to take more than eating better, working out will have to be part of my routine and this will be my biggest challenge.
That is all for now. My goal for the next week is to track all my food intake.
