Day Two:
I was starving in the morning. I had eggs with meat and finally decaf cofee and sugarfree creamer. (Not too bad) I just had my peanut snacks and some crystal light. i can't seem to drink enough water (any advise out there for me)For lunch I'm planning on Chicken breast and tomatoe. Let's see how it goes. Since my stomach is acting like I haven't feed it for a year.

Okay so today is my first day on the diet. i started the morning with regular coffee since i forgot my sugar free creamer. But I hope it's not too bad and I have some eggs with turkey and cheese. (FYI it keep me full until lunch. For midmorning snack I had some peanuts.
I just had lunch and it was good. I had some turkey meatballs with salad and crystal light lemonade. Very filling.
I'll let you know about dinner.
Okay so dinner............
I had pork meat (i couldn't resist) and salad. Once the night started I was craving badly. My husband deceided to eat a piece of cheesecake and I had to hold it in so bad. But I need.
