Wow so I’m back after 7 years (yikes). I’m getting back to my health journey, though to be fair I’ve been a lot healthier than I’ve been in the past. The goal now is more so healthy lifestyle and feeling good in my body, than actual Weightloss. I got a gym membership (Virgin active), going at least 4 times a week, eating a lot of fruit and veggies and little to no carbs. Considering I’ve gone down 4 kgs in the last month I’m pretty proud of myself. My goal right now is to only get to 75 kgs, it may change but for now that’s the plan. So technically I’m a month in but I’m trying to be more conscious of the food I put in my body and how to better nourish my body. So I’m getting back to this app to do just that. Anyway here’s to the rest of my life.
