Evening snack time: cranberry fennel artisan crisps and blueberry goat’s milk cheese. I feel like I’m cheating, it’s so good.

Hubby made a small pizza for us to split tonight. Multigrain crust, pesto, chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion, and fresh mozzarella, oh, and some pizza spices that my daughter made. It was so good.

A few small ribs, a small baked potato, and steamed broccoli for supper tonight. The ribs were really fatty though so I picked off as much as possible. Even with this I still stayed under 1300 today.

Hubby is making butter chicken for supper tonight. I can’t wait. It’s super easy to make with the KFI brand sauce. So yummy!
