Back in the saddle again! My body really wants to hang on to the extra 10 pounds. I can't believe that I let all of my goals go so far astray because of work obligations. But no more! I am motivated again to get down to 117 lbs. I would be happy at 120, too!

I totally lost track of my weight loss goals over the past 3 months and am feeling kind of ashamed. I realize that I self-sabotage a lot! My habits are not consistent with food, and I have been depressed and eating and drinking to numb out. I think stress eating is my biggest monster --eating at night when Tracy comes home from work with pizza or pasta has helped me to pack on the 10 pounds I had lost last summer.

o back on track again..now that I have had my Dr's appt and have learned how much I actually weigh!
I am 10 lbs overweight in my own book (the Dr. says that I am borderline to being overweight). So I can lose the 10 pounds or more....12 would be perfect!
Here's the plan: 1,100 - 1,250 cals or less/day with at least 30 mins exercise every day and aerobic activity 2-3x's/week. Weigh in every week.
And see about getting the RX on July 1st.

1100 - 1300/day
30 mins daily exercise
2-3 xs aerobic activity/week
limit alcohol to weekends only
low carbs best
high protein and lots of veggies
