Not bad! I gained four pounds the week I spent in Mexico (ahhh, tacos) but lost six this week so I'm back on track! Sort of surprised it went that fast. Want to lose four more pounds by March 10th for a cruise I'm going on. Keep on keepin' on.

Really cut my calories this week, so expected to see a bigger drop. Maybe it's just my body adjusting to my lower weight.

Didn't lose a lot, but lost. Have to watch my food intake a little more closely, but overall I'm happy with the results so far.

Again I'm a bit surprised at this. The scale says I'm losing weight, but in the mirror it looks like I'm gaining. Not complaining, just ponderous.
