Don't know why, but I don't feel hungry. I can eat (and enjoy) a snack lunch like beans on toast, but when it comes to dinnertime, I pick at my food and leave most of it. Then at bedtime, I an up for a bag of crisps and a biscuit. Still, the weight is coming off, so I am quite happy.
