I haven't been great at logging my food, however I have been ensuring I eat real healthy foods, and working out for at least a couple hours a day, I walk a minimum of 5 km every day and I do full body strength workouts at the gym 3 days per week. The other days I find some fun activity to do like swimming, a great way to beat the heat ;)
